Do you have the Courage to Be Seen?

To step beyond fear, judgement and the need to hide?

The topic of the next Conscious Cafe is very close to my heart and plagued me for several years.  For me, there was a knowing that I should be seen, heard and valued. BUT the reality was that it didn't happen to the degree I believed it 'should'. Of course my 'knowing' knew but my conditioning was doing quite the opposite...

Now having excavated this, I'm ready to share the process with you.

Ask yourself: How much of myself do I actually allow the world to see?

And how much of me have I learned to hide?

Did I learn to keep quiet so I don’t upset anyone?

Do I make myself smaller so I don’t stand out.

Do I wait until I feel good enough, ready enough or perfect enough before I allow myself to be truly seen?

Or have I become so used to wearing the mask that I'm not even sure what’s underneath it anymore?

This month in Conscious Café, we're exploring The Courage to Be Seen.

Not about becoming louder.

Not about putting yourself on display.

But about feeling safe enough to be you - just because you exist.

Our Choice Question

What am I choosing to hide?

What become possible if I no longer need to hide the parts of myself I’ve decided are too much, not enough, unacceptable or unsafe?

Together we'll explore:

✨ Fear of visibility ✨ Self-doubt ✨ Perfectionism ✨ The masks we wear ✨ What it means to feel safe being ourselves

And, as always, we'll use the space of Conscious Café to gently uncover what is ready to be released, not just for ourselves, but for the collective consciousness.

What becomes possible?

You begin to show up with a little more confidence.

You stop asking, “Will they approve of me?”

You discover that being authentic doesn't mean everyone will like you, but the right ones do!

It means you no longer have to hide yourself to be liked.

This is an invitation to step out from behind the mask.

To take up a little more space.

To let yourself be seen.

Exactly as you are.

☕ Let go of your to-do list and join us at Conscious Café

A space to explore, release, laugh, discover and expand together.

Because what if being seen isn't something to fear... but something to choose?
