Fear of receiving love or support often shows up as being independent to a fault, rejecting help, or pushing love away.

This fear can stem from past experiences where closeness felt unsafe, or where accepting support led to feelings of loss of control or indebtedness. As a result, vulnerability becomes difficult, and genuine connection can feel threatening.

In this session, we’ll focus on healing the nervous system’s responses to closeness, letting go of the need to control or the fear of owing others.
